How do I get my tickets?
All tickets purchased through Nailpro Sacramento by September 23, 2011 will be mailed to you. Be sure to include suite numbers and ZIP codes on your order form.
After September 23, you may still buy your tickets online, but you must pick up your tickets at the registration booth on the day of the show. Registration opens at 8 a.m.
Where will the show be held?
Nailpro Sacramento will be held at the Sacramento Convention Center, 1400 J Street, Sacramento, CA 95814.
How do I get to the Sacramento Convention Center?
Traveling north on I-5, exit "Downtown/J Street." Bear right on J Street until you reach the convention center on the right.
What about hotel accommodations?
Nailpro Sacramento has reserved a block of rooms at the Sheraton Grand Sacramento, 1230 J Street, Sacramento, CA 95814, across from the convention center.
For reservations, call 800.325.3535 or log onto sheraton.com. Use group code "Nailpro Sacramento" for the special $119 single/double room rate. Limited number of rooms available. Offer expires Friday, September 9, 2011.
Who can attend Nailpro Sacramento?
Creative Age shows are professional events, and proof of licensure may be requested. Students should be able to provide a student ID, school registration receipt or a letter from the school administrator.
A licensed professional may bring one unlicensed companion. The unlicensed companion must purchase a ticket for entry and may not purchase professional products.
NO CHILDREN ARE PERMITTED ON THE SHOW FLOOR. Children 12 or older must purchase a ticket and be accompanied by a properly licensed professional.
What do I get with my advance registration?
A general admission ticket includes access to all educational events, panel discussions and certification classes for that day.
What if I purchase a ticket but can't attend?
For a full refund, tickets must be returned to Nailpro Shows, Attn: Registration, 7628 Densmore Ave., Van Nuys, CA 91406, by September 23, 2011. A refund may take four weeks to process.
Tickets purchased through distributors must be returned to that distributor by September 23, 2011.
No refunds will be issued after September 23, 2011.
